    I see recommendations for canned full fat coconut milk it's the light good too? The light I found actually has less carbs per serving macros full f/c/p 10/3/1 lite is 4/2/1Just wondering I'm sure it doesn't really matter and would be solely dependent on how much I like the taste to use moreThanks guys

    The full fat is just there for the fat content, you can use the light if you want to. The Light versions are there for drinking and the full fat is mostly for cooking or HWC replacement.

    Canned Light is just watered down full fat and the drinking kind is the one in the carton by the milk.
