Ok since I stopped with the Protein shakes in the morning. I need something to mix my Coconut Oil and Creatine with. Water and ice don't work, no surprise there and I don't like coffee. I want to drink it and not cook it, any suggestions besides eating it by the spoon full.Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free

i eat mine off the spoon.. i know some people don't like the texture.. I found some brands taste a lot better than others.. also why not just have the creatine at another time? a good micronized brand should have pretty much no flavor at all though..

The taste of creatine isn't the problem, It's getting the oil in my belly. I'll just eat two table spoons is suppose. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk - now Free

Chill the coconut oil, then roll into 1tbsp balls and stick into freezer. Then you can just pop one in your mouth and go, or swallow whole, like a pill, if you don't like the mouth feel/texture of it.

I set mine outside in the sun and let it liquify a little bit then eat it with a spoon.  Goes down a lot easier than as a solid.  Or I just put it in the Bulletproof Coffee.

You know, this is an interesting idea... I bet if you rolled a bunch into 1/4tsp balls, you could essentially make bubble tea out of it. I'm inspired now!

Hm. Never thought of this. I don't think it would be as satisfying without the squishy-pop of the boba balls though, ha! But it's an easy way to get fat in, just make small balls of frozen coconut oil and swallow them like pills.Another thing this technique is used for (brace yourselves) is female suppositories for yeast infections, since coconut is anti-fungal/bacterial. Sorry, had to throw that out there.. never know, might help someone!  😮

You said you don't like coffee, how about tea? You can do a bulletproof tea. Hot tea, some MCT oil, some grass fed butter and some coconut oil. Blend it all up and it's wicked good, like a tea latte. You could even make a bit too strong, blend it with ice and have an iced bulletproof tea.
