I don't drink coffee, Is there a coffee alternative or should I just do the 10g whey isolate with some cream or MCT oil?  Thanks!

No really. I hate coffee but there I am drinking it every morning. Maybe some Macha green tea or something.

And I'm not trying to be a pain it's just for religious reasons i don't drink coffee or tea so that's why I'm looking for an alternative otherwise I'd just take the plunge and drink it.

It depends on what your religious reasons are.If it is avoiding caffeine itself, you could do Decaf and at least get the appetite suppression benefits, although you be SOL for the benefits of caffeine.Or if caffeine is game, just get some caffeine pills or powder.

haha the forums are here so you can ask questions. You're not a pain in anway bro. Hmm, I mean you could always just eat a tbsp of Coconut oil in the morning if you don't like coffee and you're looking for fat in the morning. One thing I've done in the past is metamucil with some cream in it to get more fats in. Not sure if coconut oil would mix well with it though. Good luck!

I am much more of a tea girl myself, never drank coffee in my life except for iced coffee a few times as a pick me up when work was kicking my butt.I drink iced coffee in the morning with cream and a little vanilla, and just eat a spoon of coconut oil with the spoon I measure the vanilla. Not so bad. But of coarse I care more about results than taste so I would find a way to work it in either way. ;D

Exactly, the temp has no importance for the diet ice it up... even for tea drink it cold. I used to carry around a gallon jug of water with a few green tea bags in it and drink that throughout the day.

I'm pretty sure, but isn't the coffee to help suppress your hunger.  Sometimes I don't always feel like drinking coffee, so I'll pop about 400 mg of caffeine and down the Coconut Oil by itself.  I've done this since last week and I'm up at 4:00 am and don't eat my first meal until about 10:00 of 11:00 am.  I'll feel fine!  My first is usually 6 oz of ground turkey and some almonds.

I do the same thing but without the protein. It's a new found enjoyment of mine when I had access to a blender. But my log for SA mentioned how I would blend the coffee, some sort of sweetener (BetterStevia and SweetLeaf Liquid Vanilla), ice, heavy whipping cream, and sometimes (if not eaten by the spoon) coconut oil. It takes some modification for measurements but it comes out delicious.

Yea caffeine suppresses hunger, but coffee has a lot of health benefits as well! Kiefer even writes in CNS that decaf will even suppress hunger somehow  😮But then again decaf coffee is almost as sacrilegious as egg-whites so I'll never know
