Hi im just starting to utilise kiefers anabolic cardio protocol. As you take 5g of leucine prior to hiit would there be any benefits or possibly negatives effects of having coffee with or without mct in the hour between hiit and weight training? Or a preworkout like craze as another option?
I do something similar to this protocol on Mondays, no pre-workout between but an intra during the weight training. There again I don't wait an hour (that's a maximum anyway) but 15-20 mins. You could have an ignition formula I guess, maybe not on an empty stomach though, from experience that makes me nauseous :/

I always do mct oil/whey/coffee pre workout. If its an AM fasted workout I stick to coffee and a shot of espresso. If I have big hunger pains I will add the whey and little bit of coconut milk or hwc. I used the love the preworkout supplements but I have really stepped back on them. Not sure how great that shit is for your heart over time.
