Hi everyone, I was last on here nearly a year ago when I managed to lose near on a stone in 6-7 weeks using CNS. I'm looking at possibly getting back on it soon but I was wondering of there has been any changes to CNS recently. By that I mean has there been an updated CNS book published or any new notes I need to know about. Looking through the forum I can see some of the people that were on here back then are still here... Good work guys and gals. Cheers GavSent from my HTC One X+ using Tapatalk 2

That's kind of a loaded question. It worked great as-is a year ago so I'd just get back into it, start a log and learn more stuff from there.

The only 2 things that are different from the book and will have more then a slight affect on the performance of the diet are.1. More enphasis on whole foods while ULC rather then ULC treats and processed foods2. Focus first on saturated fats, then some monounsaturated fats, with your Polyunsaturated fats being little more then your fish oil.

Seemed like lots of things to me but they are mostly tidbits/tweaks/clarifications from videos/podcasts/articles. I like how you saw the big picture.

There are a lot more things that are tweaks, but they are small changes to the diet that maybe add 5%, 10% effectiveness in some people. Get the main parts right and it will people great results.
