AliveOutOfHabitMemberim doin cbl now … just read the book althought im at 22% bf according to my best calculations and lbm of 202 i sit at 260 now... book says i need 890 cals pre carbs soo 167 pro and 40 fat ( thats the high end ) and 107g pro after training since im a little heavier id assume i shouldnt go crazy last night i did it and today i feel bit pudgy i ate a pizza then 3 bowls of fruity pebbles then 2 bowls of ice cream with some wonka candy ... thoughts? on what i should do maybe clean up that first meal also i know beans were a no go on carb nite... ive been craving some mexican sooo burritos ok on cbl?

pshannonMemberYou were having a lot of trouble with CNS, why the change? Are you going to do the prep? Since you probably didn't get into ketosis I would suggest it. Sounds like you went crazy on your backload.Good luck with this one...

AliveOutOfHabitMemberi waited the nornal week to have carbs on top of my active job i feel like cbl is better plus im sick of struggling with my lifts i lifted tonight but ima tone it way down with carbs just normal meal snack call it a night

Jas0nGuestStruggling with your lifts sounds more like a failure in your training/sleeping as opposed to the diet since many peoples' strength keeps increasing on CNS. I guess it depends on what your priorities are but at 22% bf I know that I'd personally go nowhere near CBL unless you are willing to do loads of fine tuning. Jason.

I would stop CBL after 1-2 bowls of pebbles. And make changes from there.
