I posted in the women's forum but I want to ask y'all too ::hi! I'm prepping for my first bikini comp. I have 18lbs to lose in 26 weeks. I've been doing some research and sooo many competitors recommend only drinking 2 cups of coffee (black, plain) or less per day. I'm a coffee addict and I drink normally 3-5 cups in a day, totally black. Can I continue with my coffee?! :-*
