Hi I'm currently overseas with the Army and we have to do a small run every morning at 6am. I own the Carb backloading book but am struggling as for what to do with nutrition as i still weight train at 5pm. Any help would be most appreciated!!

Do the run fasted in the morning. Break your fast at the 12 to 14 hour mark w/ coffee and coconut oil/butter/mct oil. Hopefully thats after your run at some time. Then follow the same schedule as the book. Big Protein/Fat lunch possibly a pre workout coffee w/ fat and then BACKLOAD. enjoy and welcome!

Ah shit, i thought coffee and heavy cream keeps you in a fasted state? Therefore not breaking the fast?

coffee w/ heavy allows you to remain in fat burning mode but it does constitute breaking a fast.
