    Hey guys,So I just reread the cbl again and have a questionIn the chart it say if your 184lb your carb intake is 644G - that is heapsim doing cbl SA - my stats - 21 years old - 183lb - 10 to 15% bf - cant see abs but theres only alittle bit of ab fat and small love handles - looking to put on size but mainly get ripped abs so my question is what would my P/F/C intake be for a typical day?Thanks

    I think that this is the total carbs for the week. So if you are doing 3 CBL, you decide that be 3.I'm new myself to this diet, so best to get more confirmation. I just done my first backload yesterday and had around 250g. I could not eat any more my self and weigh slightly more than you at 189

    The numbers for the carbs is a Max amount. You'll have to structure what works best for you and progress. Its not a one size fits all protocol. I could tell you one thing but doesn't work even though it worked for someone else. Make sure to get enough fats and protein, then make sure to get that reasonable carb amount.

    Thanks for the advice I'm just confused with ratios – should I be doing 1g/lb fat/protein and 1g/lb of carbs? Would that be a good place to start?

    The fat and protein is good. The carb amount can be that or work with the charts.
