    So I train monday to friday and have saturday and sunday offOn Friday I train arms so after the workout would I add carbs to my PWO? And would I backload that night aswell even though I dont train the next day?Also on Sunday do you recommend a mini backload for mondays training?Im on CBL SAThanks

    Depends what you are training monday and again what goals you are chasing. I train legs monday so even if I didnt train sunday I would still backload.

    ok, thanks for your help. I train back on Monday so ill add in a mini backload and adjust from there if i need too.Cheers
