Hi, I am new to Kiefer's research, it is mind-blowing to me! But I know that he is right! I am a woman in my 40's, was quite fit and muscular the last four years,…and this year went up three sizes in clothes in 6 months, after I started a new job with non-stop traveling and eating out…..went from working out 6 days a week, to 3 times a month! I am desperate to get back in shape……here's my question…. should I start with CarbNite, or with Carb Back-Loading? Which is preferable when just getting started back at gym?? (I plan to train hard)Also, is "Beautifully Hardcore" not available yet? I downloaded "Shockwave Protocol", but then it seemed like that should only be followed by men? I appreciate anyone's help!!
