I have read it. Some parts more than once. However, I'm still not 100% confident as to what exactly is okay for me to eat post workout.

You can eat whatever you want post workout. Just don't go have fast food every night and justify eating that crap by telling yourself it is required for the CBL diet. The diet requires trial and error to find what works for you. Some people can down ice cream, fast food, chips, and what not every night but some people can't. Some people need 200 g of carbs and some people need over 400 g. There was just a post debating whether or not donuts and pastries the like were good backload foods vs. things like rice and potatoes. The carbs you ingest are variables. You need to experiment to see which and how much work best for you.
