I have always had a problem developing a good core workout. I have been trying to do searches on here for suggestions but do a search for “core” and you get a million pages because it is a part of the word “hardcore”. Anyone want to help me out or point me to a good link? I have over 20 years training experience so I am very familiar with almost all exercises, I just have a problem putting them together into a kickass core program.RB

Have you looked into the Shockwave Core Day? Or the SW Heavy Duty Core Day?

Lmao yeah I tried them at one point...miserable failure. I personally like doing Cable Crunches, Hanging Leg Raises, Windshields, Landmines, and Planks. Once in a while I do Oblique V-Ups, or Weighted-Slow-Russian Twists.
