I workout Mon, Tues, Thurs, and Fri and have just added core training on Sun and Wed. For core I am doing Romanian deadlifts, landmines, reverse crunches, crunches, and planks in that order. I do all of these exercises for high reps or endurance so they don't, by definition, stimulate tglut so would I still treat it like a workout? Do I still take my preworkout shake and then post workout shake or do nothing? I am doing SA by the way. On Sunday I didn't take any shakes but had a small dessert since it was my 2nd consecutive off day.RB

Personally I wouldn't take a Pre-Workout shake or PWO Shake for a Core Day. Keep it ULC. You could however take a PWO Shake but that's it's no carbs. Since you're doing SA, I would just have caffeine Pre training. Not a whey shake of any kind.

Yah, that's what I figured. I'm not activating tglut so no carbs. Thanks.RB
