TMG, though it appears to be way more than a cortisol blocker.

I've never used a cortisol blocker but I have just started taking phosphatidylserine which can decrease and help control cortisol.I just started taking it though so I don't really have any real opinions on it's effectiveness.

Have heard Mike Mahler recommend 400 to 800 grams of PS (at night), more than the typical dose. Also, it's worth saying that cortisol isn't something you want to "block", it's something that you want to lower at selective times and manage the profile of throughout your day.-Adam

Yeah, that's why I decided to try it. It has seemed to help me relax and unwind at the end of the day, but it's still to early to tell. And I agree about not wanting to block it, after all it's needed in the morning to wake us up and keep fat burning going along.

I had a feeling someone would correct me on the use of "blocker" but I figured it still got the point across. Thanks for the suggestion though!
