People need to fix their lifestyle. A pill is rarely the solution and if it is, generally you pay dearly for it with side effects.
+1Therapeutic doses are how they should be used.Or, in the case of late night training, cortisol blunters can be helpful in getting you back "down" more quickly so you can get to sleep sooner. That being said, I didn't feel like PS did anything for me when taken after playing hockey in the late evening..Also, Holy Basil is an herb that is touted to have cortisol blunting effects. Haven't tried it, though.
how much were you taking? from what I read you need about a gram of the 20% extract for it to be effective
Honestly can't remember. It was more than a year ago when I was trying to recover from crossfit-itis. I think they were 200mg caps and I was taking 2-3 of them with a couple melatonin
