Ok, so i started the CNS a few weeks ago. After the 10 day prep phase i did my first carbnite. Pasta and breadsticks and some of my family members platesĀ š® lol. Followed by ice cream as my second and third meal.. That one went pretty good after a few days i was all good. Heres the concerning part… Im 21, 6'1.5″ tall, 164lbs and 10.3% Bodyfat (Measured By BodPod). I waited 5 days for my second carbnite which was this friday. I think i went a little to crazy. I had sushi, pizza, donuts, chocolate, corn on the cob, a potato and a PBJ on white bread. Spaced over 6 hours. That day alone i went to about 5000 calories. My ab definition isnt all gone but deff rounded off esp on the lower part of my stomach and hasnt got any better since Saturday morning. And i feel like ive gained stomach fat since starting carbnite. Am i overdoing the Carbnite? By default i do 2260 calories a day..Usually 55%Fat40% protein5% carb (usually around 25 including fiber which makes up about half of that)Any suggestions or comments would help me a lot!
