Hi All,New member here and have been able to read most of the CNS and CBL books..  I'm looking for feedback on my training program.  any feedback would be appreciated..Some Stats of me:Male, 214 lbs. 5'11" tall, Not sure of Bodyfat but currently carrying a 40" belly measured around the belly button area.  Summer of 2012 waist was 33-34" wearing size 33 pants.  Today size 36 loose fit jeans are snug and i refuse to buy size 38s!! Goals: Looking to lose the weight i've gained in the last year.  summer of 2012 I was a fit 170 lb. guy who played beach volleyball 4-5 days a week.  Launching a new business in the last year, getting married, and going on extended honeymoon I am now where I am today gaining 40+ lbs.  focus is Fat Loss while gaining some muscle if possible.Program choice is CNS until Christmas Day.Training program starting with CARB NITE:Day 1 AFTER Carb nite:- Fasted HIIT in the AM using Spin Bike may repeat another shorter HIIT session in the late afternoon.Day 2 after Carbnite- HIIT in the AM using Spin Bike- Weight lift in the PM - Back, Shoulders, Biceps using 4x Program (4x - Taking a weight you can handle for 15 reps only do 10 reps on 1st set, rest 30 seconds do 2nd set same weight, rest 30 seconds, 3rd set same weight, 30 sec. rest and then 4th set to failure.  If you can get 10 reps increase the weight next session)  Pick 2-3 exercises per bodypart.- I believe the 4x training program performed 2nd and 3rd day after Carbnite would be beneficial as it will help remove glycogen.Day 3 after Carbnite- Same 4x Program above for Chest, triceps, LegsDay 4 - Rest day.Day 5 - Back, Biceps, Shoulders - Incorporate heavy lifts in line with 5x5 program with a tweak on rest times.  Keep rest times to 45-60 seconds.  Only 1 exercise per body part. (Barbell Rows, DB Curls, Military Press) Workouts are short and low volume.Day 6 - Chest, Triceps, Legs - Same heavier program as Day 5. Again 1 exercise per body part (Bench Press, Dips, Squats) + CARB NITE in the evening. Workouts are short and low volume. Then start 6 Day Cycle again from above.  This puts me having a Carb Nite every 6 days.Any Feedback would be appreciated...  Thanks in advance!

Looks fine to me, I would rotate what session your doing on CN every week or so. And if your up to it upping the volume wont hurt you(More than 1 exercise per Body group), esp on the CN session.
