    What's wrong with dairy?

That depends on the person... for me, nothing.  For some, inflammation and stalled fat loss.Cory

Okay… So you only need to avoid cheese if you're sensitive to milk

I'd say see how it goes... if no particular dairy source is giving you any issues, then you may be fine w/ dairy. The most I get is an occassional rash across my pecs and forehead, if I overdo dairy... but, nothing serious or any stalls.I can handle a bit of a milk rash. Some people bloat up, get sick and all sorts of other adverse reactions to dairy.Cory

Not necessarily. Like anything else you need to adjust and analyse. Some people can eat cheese and be fine, some can't. Easiest way to tell is leave everything else the same and eliminate it, then after a few weeks add it back in. However, if you're seeing good progress with what you're doing I see no reason to make a change. With regards to the cream, Kiefer said that at the end of the day calories do matter at some point and it is possible to overeat any macro-nutrient. So just be careful you're not like the guy who was eating an extra 8,000 calories over maintenance because he was drinking cups of cream.

What got me was this guy (if we are referring to the same person) had no clue why he was running to the toilet constantly.  LOL.He was also drinking oil by the cup.Cory

Just to be clear, cow dairy can cause these problems as in stalling with fat loss/inflammation. Along with other forms of dairy, like Goat milk/cheese, and coconut milk?

Yes.  It is the lactose that generally causes a problem, which is why some people have less of an issue with casein (which contains very little to no lactose). My suggestion is consuming a digestive enzyme containing Lactase.  That should make you good to go, by and large (you know, except in extreme cases).Cory

Don't worry guys. After I drink my first cup of cream I usually feel too full to drink another for the next three hours.
