hey guys,you are supposed to take in the creatine with some kind of sugar, but what do I do on off days? I've read if I dont have that kind of "transport matrix" than the creatine is not doing much and most of it leaves the body through our pee again. But on off days I'm not supposed to eat more than 30g of carbs...
I take 5g of creatine on off days, typically with a scoop of protein. I will do this around the time I'd normally work out, if I am not working out.On workout days, I take 15g creatine... 5g/5g/5g before/intra/post of workout. The third dose goes along with both whey and 12g BCAAs w/ a 4:1:1 Leucine ratio (in favor of Leucine).Whether the body absorbs it all or p!$$3$ it out, dunno... I put it in there, just in case... b/c I am paranoid like that. HAHA.Cory
