Good info. I am looking forward to the next post on DH. He is supposed to make recommendations for dosing. I'm assuming there are different recommendations for CNS and CBL.I bought a tub of GNC creatine, but the only kind that had was a flavored one (fruit punch). It makes great tasting shakes because the iso-pure protein I have is non-flavored but there's 1 g of carbs in each serving. It's amazing how one card here and there adds up. But I've been able to stay under 10 carbs pretty much every day.
