Has anyone seen a benefit using Malate over Monohydrate?  The advertising claims better bioavailability and easier on the stomach.  I don't have any issues with the stomach, so I'm curious about the results.

I've not personally used anything but Monohydrate, but Monohydrate is by far the most studied and backed by research.  All of Creatine's proven benefits have come from Monohydrate testing. There are a plethora of Creatine products, if you don't have any stomach issues, stick with Monohydrate.  It works, and it is incredibly affordable.Cory

Never believe the advertising, look up the independent research. If none exists then wait. It's like taking dosage advice from your crack dealer. +1 to Cory, stick to monohydrate. It has a proven record.RB
