You sure its the creatine? I take up to 20-30 grams a day and no bloat.

Are you drinking enough water? What type of creatine? Only creatine that I ever had an issue with was Cell tech by Muscle tech. It was nothing but pure sugar. Made me feel awful so I sold it to a friend after only having it once.

I have heard of bloating from creatine but not from just 5 grams. Are you not bloating on the days you don't take it? What times are you taking it?

DerekcervaParticipantonly side effects i have are getting super swole and lifting heavy a** weight, but i take muscle tech creatine hcl, seems common for mono though a bloat, how much would you qualify as a ton of water though? i find a lot of people think they drink a lot but its still not enough

GnomerParticipantI take it in my PWO at about 630am, I workout from 445-6.I easily fill my liter bottle several times a day. I know some random days (like today) I haven't kept up on it but on average I do. I can try to up the water intake.
