And has gradually come to I just want to keep it simple šI have pieced this together and just want to hear your opinion about it, can it be done better?I am working on a game CBL SA combined with Shockwawe protocolMy macros are:ULC:Fat: 150-160 gramsProtein: 200 gramsBackladFat: 150Protein: 250Carbs: 250-350 (depending on heavy or light training)Now for all sups. I have read the CBL book, CNS book protein 2.0 all creatine guides and much more.Workout days:Upon waking: 7am10 grams of whey ISO10 grams of fat.10 grams of creatine200 mg caffeineLunch: 12am200mg caffeinePre workout 3:30 pm10 grams of whey ISO5 grams creatine200 mg caffeinePost workout 5pm20 grams whey iso20 grams of calcium cassein45 grams Dextrose carbs10 grams of creatine5 grams leucine200 mg caffeineWith every meal after the gym:10 grams of whey iso5 grams leucineBefore bed: 10 pm20 grams whey iso20 grams of calcium cassein5 grams creatine10 gram creatineOn my off days of course there is no pre and post workout shake. I settle for a shake similar to the one I take before I go to bed. at around 3 pm.I think on the next order to buy a round of Peptopro and some hydro whey. And use it in my PWO shake as it will be called:10 grams peptopro10 grams of whey Hydro20 grams of ISO10 grams of creatine5 grams leucine200 mg caffeineWhat do you guys think about it? And I know is optimal to get some raw food, but sometimes is hard to eat all the food I am supposed to ļThanks in advanceThomas.

Big_RParticipantI think you are using the caffeine a little too frequently …… just my opinion. I would keep it and only use AS NEEDED basis. Creatine:Ā 50gĀ may or may not be necessary...Ā you call thereI do believe in more protein more frequently, and you have that covered pretty well.

-Thomas-ParticipantThanks for the quick reply š Yes I also believe in that, with this schedule I try to spread out my protein intake to the entire day š Why not use the caffeine so much ? Dies the effect of it ? I mean does the body get used to it ?I only get 30 gram of creatine š calculated by the formula, 0.3 multiply bodyweight in kg. š What do you think about the pwo shake with hydro protein ? Is it worth the money or just another expensive supplement š

Caffeine - yes you can definitely build up to a good tolerance... hell, 500mg preworkout barely has any effect on me for example. Others can testify to this also.Ā As far as creatine, i may have misread what you posted...30g is good.Hydrolyzed protein definitely lives up to its reputation.Ā Di and tripeptides provide immediate absorption without the diestive process... so not only do you stop cababolism in it's tracks you give your stomach a break.Ā There are also different types of casein in them so you get a longer effect as well -Ā It's def. worth the money!
