Richard SchmittModeratorHave you read the book? By doing what you're doing, is it helping performance and body composition?

DerekcervaParticipantyes and i feel like it is, i would assume cutting out the fattier carb at the end would help with fat loss? but i also know eating fat helps burn fat but im not sure about junk fats, i also assume its not too much that it would interfere with normal hormone realease upon sleeping, but you know what they say about people who assume….guess ill just read more in depthi guess ill most likely cut out the dessert to see if it accelerates fat loss

samuel r walkerParticipantOnly one way to know.. Oddly enough, I seem to wake up tighter if I have dessert, could jut be from a higher carb count as I havent tried to just up the amount of rice or potatoes to note how that affects me..
