pwnieKeymasterOkay so Im on my prep phase right now, day 3 to be exact, and am gonna do it for about two weeks. I got national guard drill next Saturday and Sunday and theres carb heavy food around. Now would I need to restart prep phase for two days of carb foods? Also, whats a estimation of fat loss percentage wise of around 6 weeks? Im doing HITT and kettlebells with Shockwave Protocol.

Shaun Hutchinson-LawsonParticipantIt probably depends how much carbs you take in over the two days. But strictly speaking, you would have to do the prep again.

Richard SchmittModeratorCan you instill discipline and not eat a bunch of carb related foods? Stick to the program so you don't have to redo the phase.

Its possible on a VERY strict diet. 1.5% a week is really really pushing it. Honestly not to be a downer, but unless your a genetic freak thats not happening. To see the fastest results CNS, caloric deficit, see ya later muscle mass

Well if you were to try to get around the prep and eat carbs at this thing, it wouldn't happen at all.But I'm with Peter, that would be pushing it. Give it 8-12 weeks, don't stuff yourself, just eat to be satisfied, do the 12 hour fast, and don't stuff yourself sick on your carb nite and it should be a breeze.

pwnieGuestAlso I enjoy working out alot, I just want my abs very very badly and am just about willing to do whatever it takes. Is it okay to do 2-3 HITT sessions in the week and maybe some light cardio on non HITT days? Also do yall consider boxing a form of HITT? Got a boxing club opening in a few weeks and am going to be going there a lot so Im just wondering. ;D

I would not recommend doing that much on CNS.1-2 HIIT sessions a week within 3 days post carb nite a long with 3-4 days of lifting with the most intense, glycogen draining sessions being within the first couple of sessions post carb nite.

pwnieGuestNone really, but I am going to California for the holidays and well to be frank I wouldn't mind looking good. Plus a lot of personal shit and well I wanna make looking freaking amazing as an outlet goal. Oh another thing, I'm gonna be in California for 1 – 2 weeks and well if I can learn of ways to not have my efforts wasted would be awesome
