Hey all,Just noticed the introduction thread. Bought the CBL 1.0 book and have been reading the forums ever since. Thought I'd introduce myself as I'm keen involved in the community.Hey I'm Dan. I'm 28. From Melbourne, Australia. Been working out for a little over a year now. I was a swimmer prior to that and then got lazy. Was just lazying around in life and decided I wanted to get big. And feel healthier.A year ago i packed on 15 or so kilos. Some muscle.. plenty of fat on top. And decided that nutrition was important. Followed lean gains for a few months. I now.. have outlines of abs. So I'm pretty lean. Wanted to cut down then do a clean bulk. Saw that IF does provide that... but why not live a little.. and eat CBL style.Currently weighing at 76.4kilos @ 181cm Currently researching and reading the book and seeing the recommended list of protein I should buy to mix myself as I want to DB as I'm lean enough to go that route. And the daily ideal feed before I go prepping.And I'd like to get to know some of you guys that hopefully will be sharing information with along the trip.Cheers=]Dan
