cut out Sucralose and pretty sure it was my problem

    No need to link studies, I did plenty of research on the effects of microwave on nutritional value and health, and Im convinced at least that I'm cutting way way back on using the damn thing.

    Me too, when I have time I heat my precooked chicken stovetop with a skillet and lid. Microwaves are no good for your food!

    Toaster ovens, steams, slow cookers, ovens, and stoves are ideally the best route. Microwaves suck but sometimes aren't all that bad unless you use it daily.

    I won't even microwave water anymore if I have time to use the electric kettle. We heat in cast iron on the stove or in the oven.
