Gotcha. Just go as low as you can on the sodium, it's really all you can do at this point. You will probably still have to cut a good 10 pounds, so I'd suggest the hot bath method. Don't be an idiot and workout in a sweat suit, it's the worst way to do it.You will be a bit drained though, no matter if you can make the cut or not. It's up to you to decide if you want to accept a drop in performance or just go up a weight class.
