    I wonder if you stacked this with a CN how well it would work. For instance 6 days of no carbsBust a nut on the 6th dayCN on 7th Day + Bust a Nut Since the CN really *boosts* all hormone production.

    Does it boost test levels?

    I have no medical evidence if it does, but after long periods of time w/o carbs, a day after or Day of (if eaten correctly), I feel more "aggressive"

    Well, women have to stop using hormonal birth control to lose fat, and I don't trust any other method so I'm just not going to have sex until I reach my goal of 12% body fat. (Talk about motivation...)Good thing I'm not in a relationship. I can imagine that not being a very popular decision.

    +1I did this Protocol during my De-Load ULC week and on the 6-7th day I was "aggressive" as well. Interesting how this works.

    This is really cool honestly. In a weird way. Haha. I have a girlfriend back home, I'm living in college dorms so the urge to “relieve” myself is very minimal when there's dudes everywhere, so I sometimes go 2 weeks until I go in and see her. I've never really paid attention to how it may affect my workouts. I just went in last weekend so I'm expecting this weekends workout to be awesome. Haha. Let's clarify though, cause I want optimal results. What time should we do it (related to training) and how many times? Wow this is weird. I love these forums though

    Well, based on the study... test peaks every 7 days of full-on celibacy (abstinence is a better word).  So, basically, if you get "jiggy" on a given Saturday, I'd hold off getting busy again, even with Rosie Palm and her Five Sisters, until the following Sunday.  I'd also use that following peaked Saturday to work a lagging bodypart, and possibly throw in some ALCAR to boost receptor sites for that newfound test increase.Cory

    1.5g per dosing.  I take one dose upon waking, with my morning coffee (NOT IN THE COFFEE - the stuff tastes like a shitty vinegar).  The second dose is pre-workout.Oh, and don't accidentally sniff it... it will singe your sinuses.  Serious.Cory
