I know there has been some talk about daa already on here. I was wondering if anyone has read the supposed negatives about it and if they could shed some light
DAA has a lot of studies behind it but like anything won't work for everything.. from what I read it also doesn't have a great bioavailability when taken orally. I read Testforce 2 binds the DAA with calcium to help improve this.. but haven't tried it to see if it really produces any results or not.. I do plan on running the Testforce 2 DAA possibly next month if i can. It's a basic test booster so not sure what you are looking from it but the negatives would go along the lines of say tribulus.. Some say it works great while others say its junk. But i see this sort of thing on most supplements
I take tribulus @ 1500/day in the AM and I take D-AA with my post-workout shake.DAA never really worked for me, but then i moved it into my post-workout shake and for some reason i have trouble sleeping - for me, anything that affects my testosterone positively effects my sleep in this way.... nothing else has changed so its def the DAA
My daa arrived today and I'm looking forward to test it. I thought about taking it in my pwo-shake on workout-days and maybe half an hour before my carb meal on offdays (db). Do you think that is okay or would you take it elsewhere? I'm going to cycle it 12days on followed by 7 days off and I'm stacking it with a vitamin b complex and zinc as an aromatase inhibitor
