    Good morning from sunny BC Canada!My name is Ali and I am super excited to finally try something that may work to drop a few pounds of stubborn fat.  I do have questions but will save them as I continue the journey of a new and improved me! 🙂I do have one question to start....Shockwave Protocol.  I have the app on my phone and have downloaded the E-book.  I am a little confused as the E-book has a program for Shockwave Ripped but the app doesn't show such a program.  I did, however, download a couple of packages and I think I may be well equipped, but a bit overwhelmed as to where to start.  I have experience strength training, however I have been out of the game for a bit.  I look forward to connecting with like minded 'friends'.Thanks,Ali

    Welcome Ali!Shockwave Ripped is just using CarbNite Solution with the workout program. There isn't a set function to program. For the App on your phone, it's been a while since I've messed with it, but try using a four day split with total body focus, fat loss or muscle. It'll have you rest for 45 seconds, but try to rest for at least 60 seconds.

    Hi Ali again!Tex took care of you but i just wanted to add that I prefer the paper version (plus I have an Android. 😉 )I took the SW paper version and created a form if you'd like to see it.  Just a way for me to keep track on paper with my notebook at the gym.
