PhattyMemberI have had a few times during the depleting time that I feel like a total tired air head... and I can't even do HIIT right now until my doctor clears me. I get "stupid" where I feel like i can't focus or even answer a question. I also feel fizzy and light headed. Do you all think thats from the lack of carbs because I'm normally a pretty sharp person who juggles a lot during the day.
First 7-8 days of the prep phase, I felt like a lethargic idiot. At one point, I even walked into a glass door.The brain fog clears up when your body adjusts to using the fat for energy.

I went from 193# (my highest weight ever) to the mid 170's but seemed to stall somewhat (maybe due to a little carb liberalization). Was ~171# prior to CarbNite #5 last night.

This is what I think my issue was as well. I love green veggies and meat, I've always eaten butter, margarine is just gross to my taste buds.. Plus, I've never really eaten breakfast until tenish and eat an early dinner..I remember a few years ago someone wanted me to write out my daily intake. I declined because it was so opposite what we were told was the proper way to eat... It feels so good to finally have a place where we are almost all the same page...Sent from my DROID4 using Tapatalk 2

Reminds me of the "Wellness" program at work (yes in a hospital no less) and the questionnaire you fill out for screening. You know they want you to be SAD across the board.
