I thought everyone knew this. Incline bench is mainly for the front delts, not the chest.However, for the purpose of muscle building, I think dips are better than decline bench press. Dips have more range of motion, they are safer, and they have the added benefit of improving athleticism better. The decline bench press really tries to imitate the dip movement anyways.
