Has anybody experienced decreased doms? I am not getting sore much even though I feel like I am doing high weight. I can only guess that maybe it's because I am allowing for more rest between sets, but if other people have experienced the same thing maybe it could be the diet.

how much rest?i rarely get sore too, i do when i go crazy with the weight though, but honestly i dont mind the feeling of sore, dont worry though if your pushing hard with as much weight as you can thats all that matters right

how many nights do you backload just out of curiosity? (roughly how many grams as well?)

I do two larger backloads of about 300g of carbs and two smaller of about 200g…I do lifting 4 days a week and bodyweight routine twice a week.. I don't bl after the body weight workouts… If I have a day off the next day I do the small backload and when I have my back to back lifting days on the first one I do the large backload

Have you increased your training frequency?  Also strength training usually results in less DOMS than bodybuilding.

I upped my strength training from what i was doing before cns. Things that would normally have me tore up seem to be a breeze. Like 4 sets of overhead squats would always get my back sore, i havent done them in months, today .. Nothing. Just seems like I hold out better.

What does "upped" mean?  Increased volume, intensity, frequency?  Anyways as I was getting at before, the more frequent you train, the less likely you are to get DOMS.  It's kind of a paradox, but that is how it is.

I rarely dont get some DOMS the day after the weight session or even at the same day if WO is at 4pm,But then again, i do a BB type of workout even as doing Shockwave app, doing the balance between eccentric and contraction moves

I am frequently getting one tight hamstring the day after legs…..nutrient deficiency? It's frustrating.

No it's probably DOMS from training.
