I have been using this. http://www.imedmart.com/BNRG/Proto-Whey/DOUBLE-CHOCOLATE-5-LBS.htmlBNRG Proto whey 100% hydrolyzed whey protein.  It is delicious and I love it but, I was just looks at the label and it says 100% micro peptide formula, no caseins, whey concentrates or whey isolates....low glycemic response.  Does anyone know of I am missing out on the benefits of the hydrosalate with this particular product? It is delicious, easy to mix, but I am wondering if I should get a hydrolyzed isolate instead. Thanks

That protein is hydrolyzed so you are getting the benefit of it being predigested and fast absorbing. It doesn't say what raw material they start with but I'm going to guess it is a concentrate (vs. an isolate) based on the profile - 2 scoops @ 35 grams of powder yields only 20 grams of protein. Seems better for the carbloading period than ULC timeframe but if you are using only half a serving and mixing with cream, coconut oil or straight MCTs not sure it will really matter all that much.
