thanks for all the input! I think what was actually making me not feel good was because I was adding coffee AND MCT oil as my base to all the first things I mentioned. This morning after a killer leg work out, I had all of it but instead used water with no coffee or MCT and it was far more manageable. Also I added some dextrose to my protein shake before my CBL last night and it was pretty tasty. Looking forward to finding ways to use it..As per Big Tex's suggestion in one of the food forums from awhile back.. I found Japanese Yams at Wholefoods last night and I made fries with them. SOOOOOOO freakin delish, I'd recommend to anyone who's got 20 mins, an oven, and appreciative taste buds!
