The green veggies and the cauliflower recipe is ok. Now a large salad...depends on what is in the salad. Carrots are high glycemic not good. If its lettuce or spinach you're ok.
However, with carrots it takes a lot to be significant. The standard portion for the GI scale is 50 g of carbohydrate... that's about 4 cups of chopped carrots. That's one of the criticisms of the GI scale, doesn't account for portion size. A much more significant scale, as Kiefer has pointed out, is the insulin index.
