I was going through youtube a couple minutes ago and realized how annoyed i was by all the six pack shortcut adds and all the other pages from wanabe trainers and bullshit programs constantly being advertised on there. I think there needs to be a DH page on youtube with Kiefer and Naomi talking about CNS and CBL. Possibly sharing some videos of their meals, some gym action, training tips, and results. I also believe this would help open some people's eyes to how great the protocols, and the community surrounding DH is.

We recorded a session this past Tuesday but there was a lot of tomfoolery and technical un-know-how going on with us. Also we didn't have a guest.I MIGHT post this first session if you guys agree not to laugh too hard.
