I have been carb backloading for about a month. Performance is through the roof and have definitely put on a ton of mass, however, little to no fat loss. I am wondering how I can really dial everything in (ie: macros, clean backloads, etc.) to really start turning up the fat loss. I train 5 days a week Olympic lifts and a conditioning circuit after.I am 200 5'6". I am guesstimating that I am somewhere areound 15-16% body fat.
I follow a 40% fat 35% protein and 25% carb macro breakdown with about a 600 daily calorie deficit and one day a week i bump my calories up to maintenance and bring my carbs up to 45-50% for a refeed been losing .75-1 pound a week and gaining muscle. I also train high volume just about everyday and do HITT 3 times a week.
