ChassoKeymasterHi, after my Prep Phase i got really sick with Diarrhea and fever. I dont think the problem came with the nutrition, most people in my gym dont wash their hands after using the toilet…so thats that. It was a week and it got slowly better and yesterday i felt good enough to work out again, and i did a Backload. So now i have the Problem that in the morning i had light Diarrhea again (not like water but a little thicker (sorry i really dont want to be disgusting)).Since i cut out MCT Oil for now i think it came either from the Casein in my Post Workoutshake or from my Backload Meal. Until now i never had problems with Casein (Or Lactose in general), i used it nearly for a year for my last meal. My Backload meal was Apfelstrudel (Apple Pie) and i dont think it came from that but who knows...Someone got experience with that? I will cut out the Casein from my PWO Shake and look if it gets better. Thanks

DreamCrusherMemberDid you you start up any new supplements at this time, creatine, DAA, Agmatine, etc?I know that that for when I used to use more than 10g of Arginine I would get the runs, and also with 3 or more grams of carnitine.

ChassoGuestNo, i didnt use any new Supplement. I Backloaded Friday after Training and i kept the Casein away and everything was good. Didnt get a big belly or diarrhea the next day so it seems my body got problems with Casein after training, interesting. But Backloading is kinda heavy in the beginning, i needed around 500g of carbs and i didnt even get 400g and was so full i couldnt roll to the side when sleeping.

Richard SchmittModeratorCasein could be lactose intolerance. I.e. dairy?

ChassoGuestWell thats the thing i dont understand. I never had issues with Lactose, i eat Cottage Cheese, Yoghurt all the time and used Casein before, but that was as good night shake before bed. Also i speak of Micellar Casein, not Hydrolysate.
