I ate a lot of kielbasa after the gym today, like 14 oz before cooking. Anyone know if thats safe? I just assumed it was because I didn't have a package to look at. I'm on day 7 no carbs so I hope I didn't kill it.
I'm curious as to what would make you think this. I didn't think Kielbasa had any carb-based ingredients other than maybe spices which are scantily included.If there is some type of sugar included in the recipe, I'm guessing it amounts to that equal to the amount used to cure some bacon which comes out to less than 1g per serving. I eat tons of Kielbasa during ULC.
