Just wondering if Kiefer still advocates the 10 g of Whey isolate plus tbsp MCR oil and coffee from the CBL book or did anything change with that? Also is it okay to put some fiber in that shake or could that spike insulin?
10g of Whey Isolate and MCT/Coconut oil are fine for an AM shake. About the fiber, if anything it would decrease any insulin response from the shake, although I know alot of people advise against a fiber supplement (I assume this is what you mean by adding fiber). Just go with some green veggies for your fiber, just not in abundance during a backload/CN.
