Hello all,I just started the Carb Nite and I usually hit a sticking point while on my old diets. Have ya'll achieved a full six pack while on the carb nite? also as my body fat gets pretty low would it be wise to eat cleaner foods such as fish. Also has anyone added a second carb nite to accelerate a low body fat burn.

You'll probably find this necessary, but it's not a 100% rule. Everyone is different.Yes, several people have done/do this. Check the logs section for some pointers!

I personally think that SA is going to get your ABS cut more than CNS once your low BF%. Keifer suggests switching from CNS to CBL SA at that point. Im starting my Mod CBL SA today to do just that

Yea it will deff help out! I know I personally need to CBL because I lost most of my weight on a low fat diet (coming from 285 to around 168) Then i switched to Low carb, got to where I am now. So my body is used to a low calorie intake, which can only get you so far. Theres a point where it will actually be more benefitial to the body to ramp up intake throughout the week to burn more fat. Thats where I am. 1 refeed a week isnt enough anymore.

Ya dude same here. I probably didn't bulk up enough but my hips are bigger than I can see any lower ab. I started out low fat same as you. I been doing Rustys Shrink wrap effect but im not an ectomorph so I need more calories. I'm a little light and would benefit from a clean fat burning bulk to see some abs.

Yea than I would avoid the three months of experimenting CNS like I have done, and go right to a modified CBL. Youll have to buy the book, read it, personalize, and really start reading up on these forums. But tweak tweak tweak, and it will be the most beneficial for you as well it sounds like. When you buy the book check out my log for some ideas. Simply put its sort of like having two CN's a week, Just small short ones PWO following CBL SA protocol. tbrenden your not CBL member? Damn man :((

Gotcha bro, I am going to get this soon before I ponder on what to eat and wasting money. I am new to this site but will definitely start checking out some logs and yours of course. CNS did its job, now time for some perfection!
