So come to find out yesterday after doing more reading. The whole time I had been doing carb nite i was drinking a Zero carb Rockstar witch has Acesulfame potassium. Im wondering how bad of an impact that was having on a daily basis every day at lunch time, with its insulin spiking effect?

Bigguy, don't even worry about that broham,  i have been drinking those things along with monster low carb for about a year... usually one in the morning... has not affected progress.

BigR I'm with you, I drink low carb monster daily and I'm seeing good results thus far.

Kiefer said if you are drinking it with a meal, the insulin release (if any) probably won't be a big deal.
