Super quick question. Is diet soda (drive thru types) ok during prep phase?

Some diet sodas use Ace-k which is best to avoid.Although for the most part I'd say feel free but if you stall cut it out.

Diet Coke and Diet Pepsi have no Ace-K, just aspartme. So feel free to drink, though aspartme may give you a headache.
