Its been over an hour.Who do I need to contact ?
Did u look in your spam folder or trash. Mine went right to my spam folder.
That is so depressing, and way too frequent a problem.If anyone out there can help with email sculpting such that fewer of these emails go straight to the virtual gutter, there's cash available.

You can always send an email directly to support@carbbackloading.com That's the best route, now that we've got a ticket system in place to help us make sure we address each and every incoming request at the correct priority (so, emails that say "I love you man!", while lovely, aren't top priority.)
