Do you cycle calories?

    Hi guys, me again  😛I am currently eating at maintenance (2500cals) and this is the same for each day of the week regardless of training.Would it be beneficial to split it into something like this instead?2000 cals on rest days3000 cals on training/back loadsI train 4 times a week by the way.

    Ideally, as it has been mentioned before, it depends on goals. If you're ULC one day you'll be in a deficit. A backload day above. So it's okay
