I am quite tolerant to gluten, with only a few super high gluten foods causing a bit of bloating.  Ive never had a completely gluten free BL, but can going GF really make a big difference if i am already quite tolerant?

i never knew how intolerant i was to gluten till i quit it.. i ate gluten all my life.. i probably easily had 300g of various wheat products ever single day for most of my adult life.. really everyone is gluten intolerant in some way just not everyone shows symptoms(or they don't realize gluten is causing a specific symptom).. I also found the seasonal and animal allergies I had for my entire life were caused by gluten and dairy.. crazy stuff but its true. I'd highly recommend a book called “Wheat Belly” has lots of good info in there.

Gluten Free wont make a difference unless you have complications with it. So if you can handle it then your good.

If you're really tolerant to gluten, I wouldn't worry about it.Personally I haven't been diagnosed with celiac. I cut gluten out because it just bloats the hell out of me when I do eat it.

@Sanosuke You may have done this already and if so can you give a link? But can you give an example of a gluten free backload. I tried “clean” backloads and they just aren't working as well as the junk. Trying to find the healthy option that works. Thanks!

its easy lots and lots of jasmine rice.. i make protein pudding with it, have it alone, cook it in a tiny bit of oil.. so many things you can do with jasmine rice.. my one indulgence is rice chex and maple syrup if i want something crunchy.. this should work better than most "junk" backloads as the insulin spike will be higher from the rice than almost anything else.. also non GMO organic jasmine rice is still dirt cheap compared to other foods

I want to second jasmine rice pudding.I don't add protein to it. just cooked jasmine rice, milk sweetener (or dextrose) and cinnamon.Mix it all together in a pan and stir it until the milk soaks into the rice or do it in the oven if you want a skin on it.

I feel when I don't consume Gluten I don't bloat like I do when I eat it regularly. It is also inflammatory to the body which even if you can handle gluten, its not a bad idea to limit or cut it out. I no longer consumer gluten or sugar on a regular basis.

What I think Could be a sign of an intolerance ist that my feces swims in the Toilet , a sign of aGluten Problem .

Fuck. I just checked the GI of long grain white rice. It's a lot lower than I thought. I wish I didn't buy 3kg when it was on offer.

I cannot believe how jasmines rice gi can be higher than Dextrose.  Jasmine Rice is fragrant rice and this type of rice most times has a Gi about 50-70?
