So I finally finished my prep phase.Im going to train at 5pm. Soooo to my PWO I add 20-40G of dextrose?and about 30 min after I slam carbs with meat too (pizza, deserts, cereal)? Is milk allowed?
Haven't really looked at the forums or other logs? From the book yes, you eat carbs and protein. Finding what works for you is key as well. So yes and yes.
